1. Independent and Unaffiliated Service

HL Gaming Official operates as an independent third-party service provider offering top-up services for Free Fire and other games. We are not officially affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with Garena, Sea Group, or any associated entities.

All trademarks, game logos, and product names used on our website are the intellectual property of their respective owners. We use them solely for identification purposes, and their presence does not indicate any form of official relationship.

This distinction is crucial: any issues that arise on Garena’s end, including server outages, policy changes, or technical faults, fall outside our scope of control and responsibility.


2. Manual Fulfillment & Processing Disclaimer

All Free Fire top-ups conducted via HL Gaming Official are processed manually by our internal team. This means:

  • Once we receive both your payment and accurate player information (such as UID or Player ID), we manually input your request into our backend system for processing.

  • Depending on transaction volume, processing time may vary. Average processing time is between [insert time, e.g., 15 minutes to 1 hour] during operational hours. Delays may occur during peak hours, technical disruptions, or maintenance periods.

4. No Refund, Return, or Chargeback Policy

We follow a strict no refund, no return, and no chargeback policy under the following circumstances:

  • User submitted incorrect or incomplete player ID or region.

  • In-game item or currency not delivered due to issues on Garena’s end.

  • Garena account under review, banned, suspended, or flagged for unusual activity.

  • User did not read or understand our terms prior to purchase.

We actively monitor all transactions for suspicious, fraudulent, or malicious activity. The following actions will result in immediate account ban, service restriction, and possible legal escalation:

  • Initiating fake chargebacks or unauthorized disputes.

  • Submitting falsified payment proof.

  • Harassing or threatening our support staff.

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

We reserve the right to report such behavior to relevant legal or cybercrime authorities, as well as ban the player ID permanently from our platform.


7. Service Downtime or Unavailability

While we strive to maintain a seamless service, there may be instances when our Free Fire top-up service is temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Routine maintenance.

  • Server issues from Garena or payment providers.

  • External interruptions or force majeure events (e.g., internet outages, DDOS attacks, government restrictions).

During such periods, your order may be delayed, and we request patience. If your order is not fulfilled within the stated window (24 hours), only then should you reach out for resolution.


8. Policy Updates & Modifications
